1, often check the polyester spinning machine
Check whether the sound of the transmission part in the front and rear transmission boxes is normal; whether the timing belt is deflected; whether the bearings of the roller parts, the friction roller parts, the yarn guides and the transmission parts are heated and vibrated; whether the roller has any flaws; Whether the rotation of the false twister and the bobbin holder chuck and the top roller are flexible.
2, regular maintenance of polyester spinning machine
Small repairs are generally based on cleaning equipment hygiene, and inspection of the damage of various operating parts and yarn guides; overhaul, in addition to checking the cleanliness, increase the cleaning and wear of the timing belt and timing belt of the transmission; Wear of the cylinder, shuttle, slider, etc. Overhaul cycle: parking every 2-5 weeks for minor repairs, overhaul once every 1-3 months.
3, the maintenance of the hot box
As the thread passes through the hot box tube, the spinning oil on the thread is heated and volatilized, and a small portion of the lower boiling component remains in the heat pipe, and the formed coke after the dirt will affect the heating effect of the thread. The quality of the DTY is degraded, so it should be removed regularly. The cleaning cycle depends on the fineness of the processed yarn, the operating speed of the machine and the type and content of the POY oil, which is generally 2-3 months. Clean the guide wire tube in the first hot box regularly. Pipes are taken from above, immersed in 15%-20% alkali solution and heated. After cooling, take out, wash with hot water, and then dry with compressed air to check whether the dirt in the pipe is clean. When cleaning the pipe, be careful not to damage the nozzle, inner surface and other machine parts.
The guide wire tube in the second hot box should be cleaned regularly. Turn the hot box to the inclined state, draw the tube from above, put it into the 15%-20% alkali solution and heat it. After cooling, take it out, wash it with hot water, and then dry it with compressed air to check whether the dirt in the tube is clean. When cleaning the pipe, be careful not to rub the nozzle and the inner wall to avoid the damaged pipe from being processed.
4, the maintenance of the roller
The first and second Roller rollers are generally polished once after 1-3 months of use, and the three roller blades are polished once every 6 months. When grinding, check whether the bearing rotation is flexible.
5, the maintenance of the friction false twister
It is necessary to timely remove the waste wire wound on the friction spindle and the "snow" on the friction disc. When it is found that the friction disc rotation speed is abnormal, the false twist tension is unbalanced (confirmed by the friction false twister), and the head is difficult, it should be removed. Friction false twister inspection. Check the small bearings of the false twister for damage and flexibility, and whether the small toothed belts that drive the three spindles are elongated or worn. If abnormalities are found, they should be replaced in time.
The surface of the friction disc should also be inspected regularly. If it is found that the watch has peeling, scratching, roughness, etc., it must be replaced in time. Pay attention to the adjustment of the friction disc:
1. Before using the friction disc, wash the surface with gasoline or alcohol, and dry it with a cloth, then blow it with air for 30 minutes.
2. When using all-ceramic discs, it is necessary to prevent falling or colliding with the friction disc during the normal transportation, and to avoid quenching and long-term contact with corrosive chemicals.
3. Strictly follow the order of the disc and the spacer block. And remember the A, B, C order of the three spindles.
4. The spacer block should be placed as specified to clamp the disc. The contact surfaces of the disc and spacer block must be clean and free of burrs.
5. After the disc is placed, you must first check if the height of the stack is appropriate, and then position and fasten the spring cap. The spring cap must be fastened with a torque wrench and a suitable socket head socket wrench.
6. When installing the lower part of the false twister, the spindle must be aligned with the dragon belt. The center line of the spindle shaft must be perpendicular to the running direction of the belt to avoid damage to the spindle bearing during operation and partial wear of the belt.
6. Adjustment of the winding device
If it is found that the winding bobbin is poorly formed, there is a difference between the outer winding (winding away from the normal trajectory), the sag, and the surface hardness difference, the winding system must be inspected to check whether the winding bobbin is beating, and the trajectory of the traverse guide is Correct and so on.
7, check the elastic coupling
Every time you stop, you must check whether the elastic couplings of each part are loose or worn. If there is looseness, it must be tight. If it is worn, it must be replaced.
8, check the timing belt
The timing belt must be checked every day to see if there is looseness, less teeth, and friction belts rubbing against each other.
