The safe operation of the polypropylene spinning drafting machine is as follows:

(4) The control system and the on-site instrument display values do not match, notify the electric instrument department in time and make a record.

(5) If the control cabinet is out of order, it is necessary to observe the display value of the on-site instrument, and the failure of each alarm device should be repaired immediately.

(6) When the temperature of the vapor phase heat medium is raised, it should be heated strictly according to the requirements, and the rate should not be too fast, so as to avoid accidents.

(7) When the ring oiler needs to be disassembled, the tool should be fastened to prevent injury caused by falling into the ramp.

(8) Before the metering pump starts, it must be driven, otherwise it can't be started. When changing the pump or pump shaft, it is necessary to prevent the body or head from colliding with other pump shafts.
