1. Is the melt inlet/outlet seal normal?

6. Whether the bottom of the filter is dirty or not.

Third, the box, silk chamber

1. Is the safety valve normal?

2. Is the exhaust valve open?

6. Whether the build-up plate fixing bolt is missing or not.

Fourth, reducer

1. Whether the gearbox has abnormal noise or lack of oil.

Fifth, polypropylene spinning machine winding function testing

1. Whether the winding frame vibrates.

2. Whether the heat roller motor cooling water pipe and pipe joint is normal, and whether it is damaged or blocked.

3, compressed air pipes, valves are normal or not broken.

4, oil pump oil is normal.

5. Whether there is jitter in the heat roller or if the cap nut is loose.
